The axis of oscillation
is mounted on eccentric studs, which
are rotated to adjust the separation
between the blades. The beam is mounted
on spherical, self alignable treads.
A single handle mounted at one end
of the machine lets you adjust the
separation of blades in all models.
The blades are suitable for cutting
stainless steel. The upper blade is
two-edged and the lower blade is four-edged.
The hydraulic circuit includes a protection
valve against overloads. The hold-down
cylinders apply greater pressure as
the required cutting force increases.
All models are provided with a gooseneck.
The rear gauge is motorised and very
robust, ready to receive the impact
of sheets to be cut. Screws are of
trapezoidal thread and a bronze screw.
It is controlled from the front part
of the machine and has a finely adjustable
steering wheel. It can optionally
be provided with an automatic custom-made
positioner. It can be hidden to cut
long sheets. The shears are provided
with a cut counter, cut off light
and timer which can be adjusted to
the length of the cut, to achieve
greater production.
The work bench
has sliding balls to facilitate handling
of the sheet. It has three support
arms. The left hand one is grooved
with millimetre marks and used as
square rule. The right hand one is
also grooved and have millimetre marks.
Both are mounted on retractable tilting
tops for cutting the sheet with the
front part.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
Support arms longer than 1000 mm.
Automatic blade separation. Retractable
rear support for thin sheets. Ball-race
rear-stop screws.
